Specialist (m/f/d) Internal Audit

KINTO as a brand can be found not only in Germany, but also in other European countries including England, France, Italy, Spain and Portugal.

Your Tasks:

  • You are responsible for preparing (special) examinations and conducting them independently
  • You evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of the internal control system 
  • You communicate the results of the audit and implementation measures with the heads of the specialist departments and the management
  • You will prepare audit reports and follow up on the agreed measures
  • You will work closely with the auditors and the Group's internal audit team
  • You advise and accompany projects
  • You will participate in internal audits or conduct them as part of an audit team

Your profile:

  • You have successfully completed a degree in business administration, finance, auditing or a comparable qualification
  • You already have professional experience in an auditing or auditing firm, preferably related to the areas of lending or leasing
  • Good knowledge of the relevant legal and regulatory requirements for a regulated financial services company (e.g. KWG, MaRisk, GwG), operational processes and business contexts
  • Ability to be self-reliant and analytical work
  • High level of commitment, independent and structured way of working 
  • Fluent written and oral communication skills in German (at least C1) and English
  • Willingness to make occasional business trips to other European countries
