Specialist (m/f/d) IT Support
Your Tasks:
- You are the first point of contact for user questions and problems relating to hardware and software. You provide support both directly from the office and from your home office.
- You support our colleagues as an internal contact person by recording and rectifying errors and implementing new ideas.
- You support our business customers in the use of our core application Sofico Miles. You analyze incoming error messages and change requests and solve them independently or in coordination with the relevant teams.
- You are responsible for the documentation and follow-up of workarounds and solution approaches and prepare them in a knowledge database.
- You manage our IT assets (hardware, infrastructure, etc.) and administer users across all our systems.
- You will work closely with other companies in the Toyota Group and coordinate regularly with our colleagues from Group IT.
Your profile:
- You have completed training as an IT specialist, a technical degree or a comparable qualification.
- Your basic knowledge of IT administration, ITIL and technical support is an advantage.
- You enjoy familiarizing yourself with new systems and want to work with us to find simple solutions to complex problems.
- You have an independent and solution-oriented way of working as well as the ability to work in a team and a hands-on mentality.
- You have a very good command of written and spoken German and English.
