Your Tasks:

 

  • Support for forecasting and planning processes (balance sheet, income statement, KPIs), including coordination of cross-functional inputs
  • Establishment of profit center and segment accounting, as well as analysis of various revenue streams and presentation of results in a reporting tool
  • Contribution to strategic planning documents in collaboration with management and executive leadership
  • Development and recommendation of measures for KPI management in accordance with Group guidelines
  • Preparation and commentary on monthly management reports for executive leadership and the parent company
  • Providing external reports as well as internal (ad hoc) analyses (e.g., scenarios, project costs, revenue streams)
  • Conducting cost center and cost element accounting, including provisions and accruals
  • Analyzing OPEX/CAPEX variances and advising cost center managers

Your profile:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Controlling or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in Controlling, ideally in the financial services sector
  • Experience in profitability analysis and management reporting; BI experience is desirable
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in SAP, MS Office, and BI tools (Power BI)
  • Basic knowledge of IFRS and risk management methods
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex information clearly
  • Fluent in German and very good written and spoken English
