Regional Key Account Manager/Hunter (m/f/d) South Germany Region
Your Tasks:
- Actively seek and acquire new automotive leasing customers (including vans) for KINTO in the German market
- Building strong business relationships and driving business growth with a focus on Toyota and Lexus brands and alternative drive vehicles
- Develop and implement strategic plans to meet and exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer engagement and satisfaction
- Actively participate in the establishment and further development of sales structures (or organization)
- Independent market analysis of industry trends, competitors and market developments
- Cooperation and coordination with the manufacturer brands Toyota and Lexus and later also other brands
- Coordination with the supervisor and other interfaces at Kinto and TGS to increase leasing penetration and retention in the business customer segment
- Coordination and support of the manufacturer and Kinto with regard to campaigns and their implementation in close coordination with product development for strategic customer acquisition
- Creation and negotiation of framework agreements and customer conditions in coordination with the relevant specialist departments
- Representation of Kinto products through participation in trade fairs and product presentations
Your profile:
- Commercial training in the financial services or automotive sector, ideally a bachelor's degree in business administration
- Proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in automotive leasing
- Strong hunter mentality with the drive to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Understanding of the automotive industry and leasing processes
- Fluent in German and English
