Your Tasks:

 

  • Independent market analysis in the defined sales and customer area
  • Support & further development of Toyota & Lexus trade partners with regard to commercial mobility services of the KINTO brand
  • Ensuring intensive and exclusive cooperation with regard to the entire KINTO product portfolio
  • Supporting dealers in the implementation of new customers in the KINTO world and building long-term, strategically oriented customer relationships in direct business or in coordination with local dealers
  • Support and development of the retailer in looking after existing customers and converting the fleet to KINTO One
  • Documentation of activities with customers and dealers in the CRM tool
  • Main contact person for key figures at customers regarding Kinto products
  • Cooperation and coordination with the manufacturer brands Toyota and Lexus and later also with other brands
  • Creation and negotiation of framework agreements and customer conditions in coordination with the relevant departments
  • Coordination with the supervisor and other interfaces at Kinto and TGS in order to increase leasing penetration and retention in the business customer sector
  • Coordinating and supporting the manufacturer and Kinto with regard to campaigns and their implementation in close coordination with product development for strategic customer development
  • Representation of Kinto products through participation in trade fairs and product presentations
  • Contact person internally and externally for queries regarding leasing programs, in particular products and processes
  • Support in the development of the KINTO project, as well as taking over training courses and events on the subject of Miles in the business environment

 

Your profile:

 

  • Successfully completed commercial training in the financial services or automotive sector or a degree in business administration or a comparable field of study
  • Several years of professional experience in sales or marketing at an automotive bank as well as in customer and dealer support (ideally at a leasing company)
  • Experience in dealing with dealer and sales contacts
  • Confident negotiating skills and assertiveness
  • Very good communication skills and a strong ability to cold call
  • An analytical, strategic and creative mindset 
  • A high willingness to travel 
  • Very good written and spoken German and good English skills
