Experte (m/w/d) Customer Service
Your Tasks:
- Processing orders, contract activations, and telephone and written customer communication
- Checking, billing, and payment processing for leasing contracts
- Managing and archiving contract and customer documents
- Checking and recording incoming invoices
- Active customer retention as part of retention management
- Processing contract terminations, including early terminations
- Maintaining recurring task lists and systematic workflows
- Coordinating with internal departments such as accounting
- Supporting projects and the continuous development of the company
Your profile:
- Completed commercial degree
- Knowledge of leasing or fleet management is an advantage
- High degree of flexibility and independence in your work
- Highly reliable and responsible
- Motivation and commitment to customer-oriented work
- Fluent German and very good English skills
