Experte (m/f/d) Used Car Sales
Your Tasks:
- Responsibility for the remarketing of KINTO's own returns within the framework of the specified guidelines
- Implementation of suitable measures for the marketing of KINTO, Toyota Germany and Toyota Kreditbank service and surrendered vehicles.
- Selling the entire marketing volume of used vehicles for KINTO, Toyota Kreditbank and Toyota Germany on the basis of existing competencies
- Ensuring the profitability of each individual sale as well as recording and processing customer complaints
- Creating reports and measuring success and, based on this, optimizing the measures introduced with regard to processes, sales channels and customer groups
- Advising internal customers with regard to remarketing processes and pricing.
- Organization of the handling and logistics process, such as commissioning expert opinions and commissioning transports
- Use of KINTO's own used car auction platform for the sale of vehicles
Your profile:
- Successfully completed commercial or technical training in the financial services sector or in the automotive industry, ideally with a focus on car sales (including knowledge of day-to-day car dealership operations) or similar
- 2-5 years of professional experience in sales as well as experience in dealing with dealers and salespeople (B2B)
- Experience in the car dealership and/or service sector (Toyota an advantage)
- Advanced MS Excel knowledge
- Strong problem solving and analytical thinking skills
- Confident negotiating skills and assertiveness
- Very good communication skills
- Independent and solution-oriented way of working
- Very good German and good written and spoken English skills
