As a mobility company, KINTO offers various mobility services and products, ranging from commercial leasing to flexible car subscriptions. In Germany, KINTO started with the products KINTO One and KINTO Flex. KINTO One stands for customized solutions in the segment of full-service commercial leasing of vehicles, and KINTO Flex is a flexible car subscription with short terms. In addition, KINTO offers a smart commuter solution for sustainable mobility.

KINTO as a brand can be found not only in Germany, but also in other European countries including England, France, Italy, Spain and Portugal.

Your Tasks:

 

  • Strategic further development of the PendlerApp to open up further customer segments
  • Creation of a concept for the sustainable use of the application
  • Development of a marketing strategy for all customer groups with the highest acquisition potential
  • Conduct contract and price negotiations as well as sales talks with business customers and service providers
  • Perform revenue and budget controlling
  • Concept development: 360° customer satisfaction of our customers (launch, operation, service, accessibility, friendliness and commitment)
  • Execution of various networking activities with decision-makers (e.g. cities, municipalities, regions, public bodies, other stakeholders and business customers)
  • Implementation and development of measures for mobility products to increase sales figures
  • Coordination of marketing measures for KINTO products for end customer, dealer and corporate communication (in compliance with the set guidelines)

Your profile:

 

  • A successfully completed study in a business related field (Business Administration, Economics or comparable)
  • Experience in the development, marketing and operation of mobility services
  • Confident handling of common system applications
  • A strong analytical mindset
  • Sociable and a confident appearance
  • Ability to find goal-oriented solutions for complex problems 
  • Fluency in both written and spoken German and English
