Your Tasks:

  • You are responsible for the purchase of goods & services in cooperation with our sister company Toyota Kreditbank GmbH: You prepare supplier appointments, create tenders, conduct negotiations and select suppliers in coordination with the specialist departments
  • You carry out regular benchmarks to ensure the best conditions & quality
  • You will support process improvements for the Operations department through more automation and digitalization: You will analyze existing processes in the Operations department and identify opportunities for automation and digitalization. This will lead to increasing our efficiency - in line with the KAIZEN idea of continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with Operations to understand business requirements and translate them into clear and understandable user stories for the development team
  • You will act as a link between the Operations department and the development team. Your task is to understand the business requirements and translate them with the team into clear user stories and technical specifications.
  • You use Jira to keep an eye on the user stories and their progress, ensuring that all team members are on the right track and helping the Operations department to improve every day.
  • You coordinate the cooperation with KINTO team members and external service providers: You prepare decision papers and communicate progress to stakeholders within KINTO Germany and keep affiliated partner companies up to date.
  • As befits a company that belongs to Toyota, you will work closely with the Quality department

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed studies in Business Administration (alternatively a similar subject) or a commercial apprenticeship with professional experience in project management, purchasing or similar 
  • Professional experience in a leasing company or in the mobility industry is an advantage
  • Experience in agile project management (tickets, daylies, sprints...) 
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) 
  • Experience in using Miles from Sofico and/or JIRA is an advantage
  • Ability to find goal-oriented solutions for complex problems 
  • High level of responsibility, communication skills and commitment
  • A trained eye for process improvements through automation and digitization
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and German language
