Your Tasks:

 

  • Act as the main point of contact for further development and configuration of the Sofico Miles software solution
  • Ensure 2nd level support for functional and technical issues
  • Independent implementation of small to medium-sized system configuration as well as advisory support for more complex projects
  • Analyzing and fixing system errors and ensuring the smooth operation of our core system
  • Monitoring daily processes, performing regular maintenance work and continuously optimizing operational processes
  • Managing the implementation of patches and upgrades, including coordination of related test phases
  • Coordination and management of technical suppliers and partners, in particular with focus on prioritization and timely implementation of requirements

Your profile:

 

  • Successfully completed studies or training in computer science, business informatics or a comparable field
  • At least two years of proven experience and knowledge in the technical and functional support of Sofico Miles
  • Good knowledge of SQL, databases and reporting
  • Experience in the creation of technical specifications
  • Independent, structured and reliable way of working as well as initiative and creativity
  • Willingness and interest to continuously familiarize yourself with new technologies
  • Very good written and spoken English skills
