Expert (m/f/d) Customer Service in the Toyota Group
Your Tasks:
- You take over the telephone and written support for our customers and dealers with all questions around the contract
- You carry out contract settlements, changes and terminations in our system
- You will be responsible for reviewing contract documents and entering invoices, as well as processing cancellations, early contract terminations and dealer buybacks
- You will assist our customers and dealers with any questions throughout the lifecycle of a contract, taking a solution-oriented approach
- You build long-term customer loyalty with us and actively shape customer communication
- You handle various recurring tasks
- You actively shape the cooperation with other departments of the company, e.g. accounting, projects, sales, remarketing and IT
- You support the further development of our core system Miles
- You actively support various projects that contribute to the further development and expansion of KINTO Germany
- You assist new team members in the onboarding process
Your profile:
- Successful completion of commercial training or similar qualification
- First professional experience in customer service
- Ideally, you already have prior knowledge in the area of leasing/fleet management or the automotive market
- You are a strong communicator and convince with a high level of service and customer orientation
- You are proficient in the current MS Office programs
- Your way of working is structured and characterized by reliability, independence and solution orientation
- The German and English language are no challenge for you
