The KINTO Europe GmbH is a joint venture between Toyota Financial Services Corporation, headquartered in Nagoya, Japan, and Toyota Motor Europe, headquartered in Brussels, Belgium. The company was established in 2018 with the aim of creating a European base for future mobility services by providing full-service leasing and mobility products/services.

KINTO Europe GmbH has offices in various countries in Europe, including Germany, UK, France, Italy, Spain and Portugal.

Your tasks:

As a Value Chain Manager (m/f/d) in the Sales and Product team of KINTO Europe, you are responsible for organising and coordinating the operations service area of KINTO, including the analysis and cost control of KINTO services, pricing and fleet management processes. 
In addition, you will supervise and control processes to ensure highest level of service provided to the customer from the delivery of the vehicle until the end of the contract (SLA). 
You will organise and manage the relationship with external suppliers and support local KINTO markets in improving costs elements of KINTO products (insurance, parts, repair).

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all elements of the value chain for KINTO products and oversee cost control of services
  • Lead the Road Services, Purchasing and Logistics (Procurement), Contract Management, Repair Approval, and Customer Service teams with clear KPIs
  • Manage external partners and their budgets to provide all service solutions for KINTO One
  • Conceptualise and define processes and requirements for local markets’ operations teams
  • Handle the relationship with Toyota Motor Europe for part negotiations (volume, price, brand) and with Toyota Insurance Services for repair activities, controlling loss ratios and frequency
  • Develop and implement service level agreements with retailers and repairers to achieve competitive costs for KINTO products
  • Develop and manage reports on value chain activities for KINTO Europe, visualising the actual status versus agreed targets
  • Liaise with all KINTO markets to ensure transparency on value chain activities and support the development/implementation of central procurement
  • Regularly report to KINTO Europe top management on value chain activities and central procurement

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed studies, preferably in economics or business, with a focus on statistics, or comparable
  • At least 5-year experience in full-service leasing business or automotive industry
  • Advanced command of MS Office Package applications (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Excellent analytical and cost control abilities
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Very good English skills, both written and spoken (at least B2 level)
