The KINTO Europe GmbH is a joint venture between Toyota Financial Services Corporation, headquartered in Nagoya, Japan, and Toyota Motor Europe, headquartered in Brussels, Belgium. The company was established in 2018 with the aim of creating a European base for future mobility services by providing full-service leasing and mobility products/services.

KINTO Europe GmbH has offices in various countries in Europe, including Germany, UK, France, Italy, Spain and Portugal.

Your tasks:

 

  • Implementing sound credit risk practices across all companies in the KINTO Group based on global internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements
  • Overseeing the KINTO EU fleet credit process by reviewing credit applications through local PODs, with the goal of ensuring consistent quality standards
  • Ensuring adherence to responsible lending principles and related global guidelines, and providing clear terms and conditions for loan approval
  • Assessing key risk factors identified through report analysis and following up on all necessary corrective actions until resolution with the respective KINTO unit (KAIZEN)
  • Conducting ad hoc risk reviews at KINTO units and collaborating with KINTO units to implement all necessary measures
  • Exchanging insights and advising KINTO units on improving the standardization of credit processes and governance
  • Mentoring and coaching the CROs and credit analysts of the KINTO units

Your profile:

 

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, risk management, business informatics, or a related field
  • Extensive experience in credit underwriting for automotive fleets in an international environment
  • Extensive experience with motor finance products in retail and corporate banking, as well as the associated risks
  • Solid experience in credit risk reporting to senior management
  • Extensive experience with risk management tools and methods (e.g., retail scoring, corporate rating methodology)
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and IFRS
  • Excellent Excel skills and basic knowledge of business intelligence (BI) tools
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and German
