Your tasks:
- Implementing sound credit risk practices across all companies in the KINTO Group based on global internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements
- Overseeing the KINTO EU fleet credit process by reviewing credit applications through local PODs, with the goal of ensuring consistent quality standards
- Ensuring adherence to responsible lending principles and related global guidelines, and providing clear terms and conditions for loan approval
- Assessing key risk factors identified through report analysis and following up on all necessary corrective actions until resolution with the respective KINTO unit (KAIZEN)
- Conducting ad hoc risk reviews at KINTO units and collaborating with KINTO units to implement all necessary measures
- Exchanging insights and advising KINTO units on improving the standardization of credit processes and governance
- Mentoring and coaching the CROs and credit analysts of the KINTO units
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, risk management, business informatics, or a related field
- Extensive experience in credit underwriting for automotive fleets in an international environment
- Extensive experience with motor finance products in retail and corporate banking, as well as the associated risks
- Solid experience in credit risk reporting to senior management
- Extensive experience with risk management tools and methods (e.g., retail scoring, corporate rating methodology)
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and IFRS
- Excellent Excel skills and basic knowledge of business intelligence (BI) tools
- Fluent in spoken and written English and German
