Specialist (m/w/d) Business Support
Your tasks:
- Establish and maintain close contact with HR Business Partners of shared service providers (TKG,TFS,TME)
- Review and manage the process of integrating HR policy into KINTO HR practices
- Be the custodian of HR policies, working with partnered HR Services to ensure these are updated and aligned with affiliates
- Be the main point of contact for HR related issues for KINTO head office staff and liaise with business partners to follow up on the matter
- Ensure proper inductions of new starters, delivered by HR shared service providers
- Manage recruitment log and support HR Business Partners where necessary (e.g. appraisal processes)
- Establish a communicatin plan that promotes openness towards our employees
- Coordinate regular team briefings and take on the coordination of preparations, content consolidation, and moderation
- Ensure proper planning of all logistics and efficient execution of events (this means liaising with internal and external employees)
- Manage external event companies to fulfill agreed tasks and quality standards to ensure a successful execution of events (e.g. regional and global conferences)
Your profile:
- Successfully completed studies in business administration, Human Resources management, economics or a comparable field; alternatively commercial training with additional qualification in HR or project management with relevant professional experience
- Excellent Organisation & project management skills
- High level of communication (written & oral) capabilities and strong Interpersonal skills
- Detailed focused individual who is able to work autonomously
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Experience in HR is a plus
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
