The KINTO Europe GmbH is a joint venture between Toyota Financial Services Corporation, headquartered in Nagoya, Japan, and Toyota Motor Europe, headquartered in Brussels, Belgium. The company was established in 2018 with the aim of creating a European base for future mobility services by providing full-service leasing and mobility products/services.

KINTO Europe GmbH has offices in various countries in Europe, including Germany, UK, France, Italy, Spain and Portugal.

Your tasks:

 

  • Strategic HR consulting: Supporting management in all HR matters, including recruiting, retention, engagement, compensation, and analytics
  • Career and succession planning: Developing and implementing career advancement and succession planning programs for key positions
  • Governance and coaching: Consulting on HR strategies, compliance, and governance in accordance with EAR (European African Region) People & Culture Standards
  • HR process management: Management of central HR processes such as onboarding, salary rounds, benefits, appraisals, and collaboration with shared services
  • Organizational development: Support for promotions and transfers in compliance with internal guidelines and approval processes
  • Project responsibility: Management of and participation in regional and local HR projects for the implementation of strategic goals
  • Policy & legal expertise: Ensuring up-to-date HR guidelines and legally compliant handling of labor law issues
  • Employee retention & engagement: Conducting the annual engagement survey and deriving measures to promote a positive corporate culture
  • Leadership & collaboration: Managing an HR specialist and working closely with Toyota Group HR functions and external partners

 

Your profile:

 

  • Degree in business administration with a focus on human resources management or a comparable qualification
  • At least 5 years of practical professional experience in various areas of human resources
  • Ideally, expertise in global mobility, but at least expertise in German tax and social security law
  • Very good knowledge of labor law, especially German labor law
  • Experience in recruiting and conducting interviews
  • In-depth knowledge of talent management, succession planning, and compensation management
  • Experience in the professional and disciplinary management of team members
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English
