Business Analyst (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
- Engage with stakeholders to review change requests, business requirements, and processes, including visual representation
- Detail out business requirements for our Full-Service-Leasing or Mobility systems like Miles, RMS, and DWH, ensuring cross-country alignment
- Assist our European markets in reviewing requirements and coordinate technical support if needed
- Build and maintain the European product roadmap for system changes and projects with a 6-12 month forecast
- Manage product backlogs and align priorities with requesting parties
- Conduct workshops and business committees to identify synergies and priorities, representing business teams in central committees
- Oversee the requirement gathering process between business consultants and users, follow up on workshop outcomes and testing
- Manage change requests and small projects from idea to delivery, including workshop facilitation
- Support product and IT approval processes by preparing relevant information and impact assessments
- Develop and implement process improvements, drive best-practice sharing through community meetings and product/IT workshops
Your profile:
- Successfully completed studies in business, IT, project management, or a comparable field
- Experience in business analysis, project management, or a similar role, preferably in an international or multi-country context
- Proficiency in business process mapping, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management across different organizational levels
- Confident use of MS Office and its application in project and process management
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and their practical application
- Experience in Vehicle Leasing, Mobility, Finance or Rental business industry and related terminology
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and optimize business processes and system performance
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including in complex or sensitive discussions
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Collaborative and empathetic team player, comfortable working in international teams and adapting to ambiguity
- Fluent in English, any other language is a plus
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe
